QUALIFIED REFERRAL. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at glassparency.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives at our website by clicking your Referral program link or entering your unique coupon code. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals. As a member of the "$5 for Friends Referral Program", the value of a Referred Customer's order must be equal to or exceed $20 in product purchased in order to qualify for the $5 reward. There is no minimum order for the "GP Affiliate Program".
GP AFFILIATE PROGRAM REWARD PAYMENTS. The minimum payout threshold is $10 for GP Affiliate Program Reward payments to be distributed. Qualifying reward payments are distributed as cash payouts via PayPal to all Affiliate Program partners at the end of every month. Partner's reward balance can also be redeemed for discount codes within the Affiliate Dashboard to be used on glassparency.com. There is a 5-day time period between when an order is placed and when the commission becomes available for payout to allow for the possibility of a cancelled or refunded order. As a Partner, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
$5 FOR FRIENDS REFERRAL PROGRAM REWARD PAYMENTS. Referral Rewards are payable in increments of $5 coupons. There is a 5-day time period between when an order is placed and when the commission becomes available for payout to allow for the possibility of a cancelled or refunded order. "$5 for Friends" Qualified Referral Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash, only for discount codes that are valid for use on glassparency.com
REFERRED CUSTOMER. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
REFERRAL REWARDS. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer or Partner, the Referred Customer must complete an order on the GlassParency website.
RETERNS AND REFUNDS. In the event that a Qualified Referral order is returned or refunded for any reason, the Referral Reward associated with that order will be deducted from Referrer or Partner account balance. GlassParency reserves the right to request payment if the Referral Reward was distributed prior to the return or refund.
NO SPAM. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from GlassParency's Referral program.
RIGHT TO CLOSE ACCOUNTS. GlassParency reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the GlassParency program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
RIGHT TO CANCEL PROGRAM OR CHANGE TERMS. GlassParency reserve the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
TAX COMPLIANCE. Referral Program Members that generate $600 or more in referral rewards will be required to submit tax documentation in order to remain tax compliant.
